All non-EU citizens who hold or intend to acquire real estate in Greece with a minimum property value of 250.000 €.

2. Who are the beneficiaries of entry and residence for ten years?

All non-EU citizens who have concluded at least ten years lease in hotel accommodation or tourist furnished house, if the minimum lease is 250.000 €.

3. Can I buy land and build a home?

Yes, provided that the aggregate market value of the land and the contractual agreement of the building amounts to at least 250.000 €

4. Which members of my family are entitled to stay?

The spouses if they have completed 18 years of age and unmarried minor children under 18 years of age.

5. Which documents do I need for a five-year residence permit?

In addition to the required supporting documents (passport, insurance carrier, etc.)

b. A written delegation contract to a certified real estate agent of the intent on buying a property with a minimum value 250.000 €.
